Cancellation Policy

There will be no charge made if cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment.
A full charge will be issued if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment or if a client fails to attend the appointment.

Parking

You can park on Sandringham Way, but please do park considerately and not on the grass outside the house.
