What is your cancellation policy?
There will be no charge made if cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment.
A full charge will be issued if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment or if a client fails to attend the appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments can be made by both Card and Cash, and online payments can be made via our Online Booking system.
What should I wear to my appointment?
It is best to wear loose and flexible clothing.
How long is an appointment?
Appointments are either 30 mins or 45 mins depending on the type of treatment you have booked.
Do you have parking?
Can you accept bookings via insurance claims?
